In order to make the students comfortable in their new setting,we began their English class by giving them worksheets based on their prior knowledge. An interesting activity on Consonant Vowel Consonant (CVC) words was conducted in the class, where students were asked to make CVC words with short vowel sounds (‘a’ , ‘e’ , ‘i’ , ‘o’ ,’u’)
