“In every little roar lies a big promise to protect the wild.” – Anonymous
The spirit of conservation came alive at SAI Angan as our tiniest learners of Nursery celebrated International Tiger Day with a day full of joy, creativity, and awareness. The event was not just fun-filled, it was purpose-driven, inspiring our children to care for India’s majestic national animal most imaginatively.
The day began with a burst of creativity as our Nursery children crafted tiger headbands using yellow chart paper and painted black stripes. Their excitement knew no bounds as they proudly wore their handmade headgear home, roaring with delight and pride. One enthusiastic little SAIoneer took the celebration to another level, dressed head-to-toe in a full tiger costume. This young wildlife ambassador visited classrooms, helping spread the message of tiger conservation among peers with wide smiles and louder roars.
Art met activism in the form of a vibrant palm-print tiger craft. Using nothing more than paint and tiny hands, our budding artists transformed simple handprints into wild, roaring masterpieces. The walls of the classroom turned into a mini jungle, alive with stripes and colour.
As the tiny tigers roared, they left behind a powerful echo: the wild is worth saving, and even the smallest among us can make a big difference.
