At SAI Angan, we believe that impactful learning begins with empowered educators. With this vision, a thoughtfully designed workshop on “Attributes of Classroom Teaching” was conducted on March 19, 2026, for teachers of Classes I, II, and III, under the guidance of Nirupama Rath.

 

The session focused on strengthening instructional practices by highlighting key attributes that define effective classroom teaching. Emphasis was laid on clarity in communication, student engagement, inclusivity, creativity, and efficient classroom management, all essential elements that contribute to a positive and productive learning environment. Through interactive discussions, teachers connected these attributes with real-life classroom experiences, making the session both practical and relatable.

 

A key highlight of the workshop was the active participation of teachers in group activities and collaborative tasks. Educators worked together to analyse different teaching scenarios, exchange ideas, and identify strategies that enhance classroom effectiveness.
