IIM CASE STUDY

Reflection Club – Class II and III

“Travelling is not something you’re good at. It’s something you do. Like breathing.”G.Foreman

Travelling is an adventure and everyone needs to experience its charm. During the Reflection club activities on Saturday, August 1, 2020, the students were told to share about that one place they always want to visit.

Children shared their amazing views regarding travelling to various places in and outside India like Agra, Jaipur, Bangkok, beaches and many more. They wrote with whom they want to travel, what are the famous places they want to see like forts, monuments and malls and many more.

They shared that they want to eat parathas and jalebis, go shopping, sit on camels, make sand castles in the beaches and have loads of fun. Students were very creative in their writing. The class was very interactive, lively and full of fun. As the saying goes, if you wish to travel far and fast, travel light. Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness and fears.

On Saturday, August 8, 2020, two interesting activities on creative writing were held for the members to exercise their minds. In the first activity, students were asked to write their names in capital letters and write a word starting with each letter of their names, finally framing sentences with all those words.

In the other activity, the members were asked to write a short essay on how they would spend a day with their best friend. It was indeed a mind blowing day for the Class II and III members of the Reflection Club.
