The little buds of Play Group came to know about different seasons especially about “Rainy Season” through an interesting activity. They learnt about different things used in rainy season, like – umbrella, raincoat etc.

It was followed by an activity of making umbrella and cloud. students were given glue cloud shaped chart paper, blue and white cotton balls and were asked to spread cotton balls and paste them on the given chart paper. They were very happy by seeing their fluffy cloud creation. They were also given umbrella shaped cut outs, crayons, smileys and stars and asked to colour their umbrella with crayons and decorate it with stars and smileys. Students had a wonderful time doing the activity. This helped in enhancing their fine motor, visual, naturalistic and inter-personal skills.
