Radio Orange Club Activity – Benefits of Playing Sports

Sports not only keeps your body and mind agile, but also makes you happier and healthier. It develops healthy bones, makes your muscles stronger, improves stamina and keeps your brain active.

The SAI Angan Radio Orange Club witnessed a big number of little RJs participating in their online club platform on Saturday, July 4,2020. The kids discussed on the topic “Benefits of playing sports”. They also watched an interesting video based on the topic.

The little ones were very excited about the entire activity. Our sports loving children shared how they have opted for indoor games for the time being due to the pandemic situation. They also said that the ongoing lockdown has not at all lowered their spirit of keeping themselves fit and healthy and they continue to exercise every day.
