A child’s mind is a garden, the thoughts are the seeds. We can grow flowers, or we can grow weeds. Keeping children occupied with creative activity has a great impact on their overall development.

In one such activity, the tiny tots of Play Group learnt about different domestic animals like dog, cat and rabbit. They modelled some domestic animals with colourful dough, with the help of animal shaped frames. At first, they flattened the dough with their hands on a flat surface and put the domestic animal shaped frame over it. After seeing the animals on dough, they were very happy.

With this activity they improved their fine motor, naturalistic, linguistic and inter personal skills.
