Planting the Seeds of Values in Little Hearts

Values learned in childhood become the compass that guides a lifetime.” – Anonymous

At SAI Angan, education is a beautiful blend of learning, values, and joyful experiences. While alphabets and numbers lay the foundation for academics, it is values that shape character. Through the Round Square Heroes initiative, we introduce our little learners to essential life lessons in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate way.

Our Nursery children were introduced to one such inspiring character, Responsible Rami. With warmth and relatability, Rami helped the children understand the importance of being kind, caring, respectful, confident, and responsible in their everyday lives. These values were not just spoken about but brought alive through thoughtfully designed activities.

Storytelling sessions captured their imagination, allowing them to connect with Rami’s actions and choices. Role-play activities encouraged children to express themselves and practice these values in familiar situations, while circle-time discussions gave them the confidence to share their thoughts and feelings openly. Each activity was filled with laughter, curiosity, and meaningful learning. It was heartening to see our young learners internalise these lessons in such a natural way. Simple acts like sharing, helping a friend, listening attentively, and taking responsibility for small tasks became moments of learning and pride. These experiences help children understand that values are not just concepts but actions they can practice every day.

With initiatives like Round Square Heroes, we aim to nurture compassionate, confident, and responsible individuals from an early age. Through small steps, gentle guidance, and big smiles, our Nursery children are steadily growing into thoughtful little leaders who will carry these values with them for life.
