Tiny tots of Play Group had an interesting and playful way of learning during an activity session, ‘Passing through the Tunnel’. The children were asked to crawl through the tunnel from one end and come out of the other end.
Crawling is an important developmental skill for any child. It strengthens the core and bilateral coordination skills, makes one strong and resilient besides building up the foundation of reflex strength.
This fun and engaging game helped children to develop their group behavior and patience by learning to wait for their turn to enter the tunnel. It is said, Good early experiences help a child’s brain to develop well. It is through play that children at a very early age engage and interact in the world around them and the more activity it does, the more it becomes capable of doing.
This kind of activity helps in enhancing skills like inter & intra personal, vocabulary as well as kinesthetic.
