On May 13, 2026, a rejuvenating Health and Wellness Workshop was conducted for teachers of Classes I, II, and III. Designed as a session by teachers for teachers, the workshop focused on enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a joyful and engaging manner.

 

The session began with calming pranayama practices that helped participants relax, breathe mindfully, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. This was followed by fun exercise games and interactive activities that brought energy and enthusiasm into the room, encouraging movement, laughter, and active participation.

 

The workshop created a warm and cheerful atmosphere where teachers bonded through shared experiences, teamwork, and moments of joy. Engaging in relaxation activities further helped in reducing stress and promoting a positive mindset, reminding everyone of the importance of self-care in daily life.

 

More than just a wellness session, the workshop served as a gentle reminder that a healthy mind and body are essential for creativity, happiness, and effective teaching.
