The students of Class I learnt about Natural Material through an interesting classroom activity. In the activity, the Class was divided into four groups and each group was given a natural material like sand, stone, clay and wood. The groups were given few minutes to discuss within themselves about the given material. It was followed by noting their response on the board. The students could name some more natural material.

Through this activity the students were able to learn and analyse the uses of each natural material, and the importance of why we should not waste them. The students understood the concept well and thoroughly enjoyed the learning activity. It helped them to enhance their naturalistic, visual, inter and intra personal skills.
