An activity was conducted for the students of Class-I on the topic ‘My Body Parts’. Here the young ones were divided into four groups and each group was given the cut-outs of the body parts. The students had to identify the parts, colour it and discuss about their functions. Each group was given A4 size chart papers and asked to arrange and paste the parts to form a picture of a complete human body. Through this activity students learnt about the parts of the body and their importance. They discussed what each body part does. Each and every child got an opportunity to speak and interact in the classroom session. This interactive teaching learning process which helped in enhancing the naturalistic, linguistic and visual skills of the students.
