“Mathematics is the music of reason.” – James Joseph Sylvester
In Math, addition stories are the form of word problems, where an “addition” sum is laid out in sentences for children to solve. It is an illustrating way that children can wrap their head around. Today Class II children have done an activity related to ‘Framing of addition story problems. First, they got one “addition” sentence from teachers. Children illustrated the sentence by framing beautiful “addition” stories. They understood properly how to use keywords in stories. Students have also drawn the particular object which they have mentioned in their stories. The little champs not only used mathematical concepts but also used their creativity in this activity. Our SAIoneers have enjoyed the activity fully with great enthusiasm. The smart little ones understood the concept nicely and actively participated.
