Children need physical activity on a regular basis to keep themselves healthy and strong. There are several benefits of exercise for kids like it can build social skills, increase confidence and reduce anxiety.

Regular steps are taken to ensure that the children learn to do exercise in a joyful way, so that they don’t detest the act. To inculcate the habit of exercise in the students of KG I, some fun activities were conducted for the students like jumping, jogging, stretching their arms and legs along with running.

The group activity helped in making them active and also developed their motor skills. For children to be healthy, proper nutrition and regular exercises are essential. Thus exercise ensures a child to grow up healthy, fit and strong.
