Learning by Doing

“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.” – Confucius

The best of learning for the kinesthetic learners is by doing the things themselves. “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn”, this famous quote by Benjamin Franklin is an apt motto for the kinesthetic learner.

Play Area has always been the dream site of all the toddlers. The students of Nursery were taken to the Play Area for a fun time. They enjoyed a lot playing on slides, seesaw and many more. This activity had a great impact on their gross motor and kinesthetic skills.

Kinesthetic or tactile learning is when the children are physically engaged in the learning process. These types of learners have many strengths that help them achieve success. They have great hand-eye coordination, quick reactions, excellent motor memory, and high levels of energy and are great experimenters. These children are also good in art, drama as well as sports.
