Ever since the birth of humanity, humans have always been wonderstruck with outer space. We started exploring space to find out about our place in the universe and the history of the solar system. Millions of dollars were spent to make this possible. But is it that important to explore space? The members of the Ignited Minds Club of Class I, II and III debated with a lot of interest over the topic. Students for the topic debated that blind beliefs were shoved away with new concepts emerging from space explorations.

But we cannot deny the fact that a lot of money is spent to send people into space. On one hand when we are fighting with poverty and issues like environmental pollution and resource depletion, space exploration can be considered as a waste of money and time. Moreover, we cannot ignore the fact that astronauts suffer from fatal diseases and accidents during space travel. People have lost their lives. Can we give up lives just to improve our lifestyle? It is something to ponder over.

However, nothing has been achieved without dedication. We have to accept the fact that space exploration has always enhanced the safety of earth despite some drawbacks.

It was a pleasure to watch the sparking interest of the little club members in exploring the unknown. Their curiosity on the topic was really inspiring to watch as one must always be a curious learner and our students somehow always manage to carry that spark.
