At SAI Angan, we believe in nurturing every child’s talent and giving them the confidence to aim for the stars. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievement of one of our young champions, Ashmita Behera of Class 1E, who has made the entire SAI family proud with her spectacular performance in karate, both nationally and internationally.

In May 2025, Ashmita participated in the State-level Karate Championship in the Under-8 category, where she showcased exceptional skill, discipline, and determination to clinch the gold medal. Her remarkable performance not only earned her a place on the podium but also opened the door to a life-changing opportunity to represent India on the international stage.

Carrying the tricolour with pride, Ashmita travelled to Thailand, where she competed against young athletes from around the globe. With unwavering focus and courage, she delivered a stunning performance and brought home yet another gold medal for her country!

This achievement is more than just a victory in sport; it is a celebration of resilience, self-belief, and passion at such a young age. It is also a shining example of what can be achieved when talent is nurtured in a supportive and encouraging environment.
