“Safety first is Safety always”.

Safety is synonymous with awareness and mental preparedness. Educating children about first aid is a necessity as they need to be well-equipped in handling medical emergencies.

First aid skills are necessary for children since they are constantly at the risk of getting hurt while playing. Although there is an option of buying a first-aid kit, making one with the child helps them to understand its content more.

An activity was organized for Class l students where children were asked to make a first-aid box out of a cardboard box available in their home. This activity helped children in understanding the importance and use of various things in the box. Students thoroughly enjoyed the interactive session which helped them to enhance their understanding and uses of content of first aid box. It also increased their naturalistic and visual skills.
