On Saturday, April 29, 2023, SAIoneers from Playgroup to Class VIII weaved heartfelt memories by participating in the virtual celebration of Mother’s Day. Following the theme ‘My Mother, My Greatest Treasure’, the event was a massive turnout with an overwhelming participation of 300+ students, accompanied by their mothers. We witnessed a fountain of emotions pouring out as the SAIoneers from all Classes celebrated the essence of motherhood in high spirits and merriment, with a myriad of heart-warming presentations, poem recitations, dedicating songs and dance and indulged in creating ‘Magic with Mangoes’ through intriguing activities wherein they made delectable delicacies, mocktails, salads, smoothies & desserts. Heart-warming feelings filled the air with intimacy, gratitude, appreciation and acknowledgement. Both the mothers and the kids definitely bonded more through these activities.

SAI International imbues the spirit of celebrating the essence of motherhood in kids from their formative years to honor the contribution of mothers, acknowledge the efforts of maternal bonds and the role of mothers in our society. It was blissful witnessing our young learners, bond further with their moms through a gamut of intriguing activities we had planned for the virtual celebration. Such celebrations are instrumental in instilling gratitude, empathy & thoughtfulness in our students. It is vital that children and their parents participate in activities together to further strengthen & nourish their bond.
