The world of animals is too fascinating for children. May it be land animals, water animals or amphibians. Amphibians spend part of their life in water and another part on land. To make the young children of KG – I understand about Amphibians, the teachers performed various activities such as showing the visuals of animals through power point presentation, colouring and doing activities such as segregating the animals according to their habitat etc. The PPT and the activities helped in developing the visual, cognitive and kinaesthetic skills of the children. Students also displayed more confidence on being able to identify the names of the animals and speak a few lines about them, which aided in enhancing their inter and intra personal skills.
