“All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
The children of Class II and III prepared a homemade water filter during their online Spectrum Club class. They were taught the importance of water purification. To remove impurities from water they used stones, soil, sand and cotton. The kids understood that each layer of this homemade filter had a purpose. Small stones and soil filters leave insects and other debris out of the water. Whereas, sand is used to remove fine impurities and finally the cotton layer helps to keep other layers from falling into the water. They interacted very nicely and enjoyed thoroughly while experimenting.
Experiments and Practical sessions like these allow the child to gain an exposure that defines fine education in the best way possible allowing the child to experience first hand any new concept taught to them.
