“He who completes a quest does not merely find something. He becomes something.” ~ Lev Grossman
Quest means a search made to find or obtain something. Our Quest Club enables us to sharpen our knowledge to give us a good exposure to things in and around the world. It also allows students to read the material themselves so that they are placed in the right attitude for learning. They feel more confident to discuss and are provided with a real foundation for intellectual growth.
Two new topics were introduced; one being “National Park of India” and the other was “9 most famous Indian musicians of all times”. Both of these topics are very fascinating and helped the children gain knowledge about something out of the context of textbooks. The kids were shown videos based on the topics which helped them to form questions. They formed questions and presented them as little quiz masters. Each one of them were spotlighted to interact with the group. This quiz helped the children to have a fair idea about the currency of different countries, the different innovations and how these helped humanity in many ways. The quiz session was very interesting and interactive.
In conclusion, all the Quest Club children were very inquisitive to learn and are looking forward to another interactive class. With each class, the children are seen to be becoming keen observers. They are enthusiastic to ask the question as well as to answer which shows that they are not only grasping the knowledge shared but are also curious to learn more.
