“Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world today.” – Robert McAfee Brown
Good stories give us a reason to think long after it is read and feel the emotion of the characters. The concept and ideas get embedded in our memory.
A story telling session was conducted for the students of Class II, which was highly enjoyed by the children. They were excited and heard it with great attention from the start to the end. It was a short story of a bull who was a little different from everyone else. It taught the students about bravery, peace and that its okay to be different from the rest.
The story was accompanied with a slide show of the pictures to give a visual treat as well as an audio treat. It was a great break from all the hustle bustle of the day to sit down and listen to a story about a brave character who was a little different but true to himself.
