The festival of Krishna Janmashtami or Gokulashtami is celebrated all over the country with great joy and enthusiasm. The day marks the destruction of evilness from the Earth. People celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, considered as the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu by singing, dancing, enacting drama, conducting fasting and many more.
To mark the auspicious occasion, students of Radio Orange Club presented a speech on Krishna Janmastami followed by a beautiful and graceful dance performed by the students of Class II. They won everyone’s heart by dressing in the traditional attire of Krishna and Gopikas and celebrated this event in a fun way to glorify Lord Krishna.
