“Play is the highest form of research.” – Albert Einstein
At SAI Angan, learning is all about joyful discovery. Our curious KG-I learners were treated to an engaging and delightful experience that turned simple sounds into moments of magic.
The little ones explored the fascinating world of Jal Tarang, where they observed how varying water levels in glasses create different musical notes. It was a hands-on experiment that brought smiles and sparked curiosity. As they tapped the glasses gently and listened to the change in tones, they were introduced to the science of sound in the most playful way possible.
But the discovery didn’t stop there.
The activity expanded into a series of sound-based explorations. From crumbling dry leaves to dropping grains and coins into containers, from stomping and snapping to splashing water and experimenting with musical instruments, the children explored a variety of sounds using everyday objects and natural materials. These interactive moments not only brought joy but also helped in enhancing their auditory perception, fine motor coordination, and cognitive skills.
Singing, dancing, and rhythmic movements were seamlessly woven into the experience, creating a holistic approach that blended science, music, and movement. The activities sparked laughter, encouraged experimentation, and laid the groundwork for critical thinking and 21st-century learning skills.
Through such sensory-rich and experiential learning environments, SAI International continues to nurture the innate curiosity of young minds. The KG-I learners may be small in size, but their big discoveries are paving the way for a lifelong love for learning.
Because at SAI, every little sound is a step toward a brighter, smarter future.
