SAI Angan - Independence Day celebration at SAI Angan

SAI Angan students of class I got an opportunity to stage the Independence Day week celebration on the topic Independence Day. Wherein they very innovatively brought about ‘word of the day’, ‘fact of the day’, motivational slogans by the great freedom fighters and made the session interesting and invoked patriotism. They chose words like courage, dignity, freedom, anthem and independence. Some great facts related to our country India were presented. In order to give a tribute to our great freedom fighters and make everyone aware they took up slogans by Raja Prasad Bismil, Subhash Chandra Bose, Muhammad Iqbal, Balgangadhar Tilak and Chandrasekhar Azad. The students who presented the slogans were dressed up as the freedom fighters which added charm to the performance. Children also staged a presentation on Independence Day and sang melodious patriotic songs.
