Prayer is an invocation or act that seeks to communicate with an object of worship. Teaching our children to communicate with God is foundational in helping them create a relationship with the Almighty. Getting children comfortable with prayer also helps them to understand that God is always close and accessible. Children can start learning to pray from a tender age.

The children of KG-I experienced the value of prayer. They joined their hands and closed their eyes and started praying along with their teachers. They learnt that the hymns or words used for praying have wonderful power and brings everyone closer to God. Prayer helps children to open their hearts to God and instils faith in the Lord of the Universe.
