“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Gandhi
On 16th August , 2024, Class II celebrated the joyous occasion of Raksha Bandhan, a tradition that embodies the unconditional love, care, and protection shared among friends and family. The students enthusiastically participated in a morning assembly activity, tying handmade rakhis to their Principal, teachers, and friends, showcasing their affection and appreciation.
With colorful threads, ribbons, and decorative materials, the children crafted beautiful rakhis, symbolizing the bond of love and protection. As they tied these rakhis on each other, they promised to help and take care of one another, embodying the essence of this beautiful festival.
Raksha Bandhan is a celebration of human bonding, bringing us together and highlighting the importance of love, harmony, and mutual support. By observing this festival, our young learners are reminded of the value of relationships and the joy of serving others.
