Children are always curious of insects and bugs. They find it interesting to watch the little creatures crawl on the floor or climb the walls or fly here and there. These insects and bugs never cease to amuse the little ones.

To help them to get an insight into the world of insects and bugs, the children of KG-I were taken on a nature walk, where they were able to see the fond creatures from a close range. Some were crawling, some creeping and some flying. The enthusiastic children were able to identify most of them. They could differentiate between butterfly, caterpillar and bee and even enacted their walk. Students also realized that all the insects were of different colors, sizes and had different food habits.

Through these activities, children could develop their creative thinking, inter & intra personal skills along with naturalistic and visual skills.
