The children of KG-II learnt about herbs and shrubs through an interesting activity. They learnt about each of the variety and the difference between them through practical experience and elaborate explanation. The little ones were given real herbs and shrubs and asked to find the comparison and the difference. They were also given real vegetables, flowers and herbs and asked to segregate those under different groups. Children were asked to pick up an item, identify it and place in on the respective floor tiles marked for each category. This activity helped to enhance their naturalistic and kinesthetic skills.
