Gaining Valuable Insights: Through this exercise, they gained valuable insights into the significance of embracing a well-rounded diet, fostering a sense of responsibility toward their own well-being.
Practical Application: To apply their newfound knowledge, the students embarked on a creative journey, crafting their own balanced breakfast plates, thus instilling the foundational principles of lifelong healthy eating habits.
