“In a world where environmental challenges loom large, it’s heartening to see the rise of eco-conscious efforts, each contributing to a more sustainable future. These efforts, though small, ripple outwards, leaving a lasting impact on our planet.”- Anonymous
At SAI Angan, every day is an opportunity for our young learners to embark on exciting journeys of discovery. Recently, the jubilant buddies of KG-I & KG-II embarked on an enriching voyage to uncover the wisdom, prosperity, and fortune embodied by Lord Ganesha.
Lord Ganesha: A Beacon of New Beginnings
Lord Ganesha, revered as the harbinger of fresh starts and the remover of obstacles, holds a special place in our hearts. The kids were enlightened about him not only being a patron of knowledge but also a symbol of hope for a brighter future.
Eco-conscious Learning: A Journey into Environmental Harmony
In our pursuit of knowledge, we also strive to instil a sense of responsibility towards the environment. Our enthusiastic KG-II learners engaged in an educational activity that introduced them to eco-conscious Ganesha idols crafted from clay, natural fibers, paper, and other biodegradable materials. This endeavor prioritized environmental harmony and inspired young minds to be stewards of our planet.
A Special Assembly: Celebrating Ganesha’s Birthday
On September 18, 2023, the spirited learners of KG-I came together for a special assembly to commemorate their beloved friend Ganesha’s birthday. The assembly was a delightful affair, featuring a heartwarming skit and an energetic dance performance that filled the air with joy.
Crafting Creativity: Paper Cup Ganesha Figures
One of the highlights of this celebration was when the children crafted their own paper cup Ganesha figures, showcasing their creativity and ingenuity. This hands-on activity allowed them to express themselves artistically and connect with the essence of the festival.
Nurturing Multiple Skills
Beyond the festivities, this celebration significantly bolstered our young learners’ naturalistic, linguistic, and intrapersonal skills. They discovered the natural world around them, expressed themselves through language and creativity, and strengthened their understanding of self.
At SAI Angan, we believe that every moment is a learning opportunity, and this joyful tribute to Lord Ganesha was a testament to the holistic growth we nurture in our young SAIoneers. It’s not just about knowledge; it’s about wisdom, compassion, and a deep respect for our environment.
