“The best acting is instinctive. It’s not intellectual, it’s not mechanical, it’s instinctive. – Craig MacDonald
In the ask Club, the students of Class I, II and III showcased their talent through Mono acting. The children played different characters such as Doremon-Nobita, Aurangzeb, mother-child, doctor-patient and bonding between sisters. Some of the characters created social awareness portraying Earth pollution and children took mono action to a different level by a song enactment of a sister-in-law and brother-in-law with the Odia song, ‘Bou loo ki kahibi nua bhauja nka katha’.
Teachers also showcased some mono acting skills to make the session more interesting for the children. Comic mono acting was introduced to children as a topic for the next class. It was a wonderful session to see all the children participating and excelling in such a beautiful way.
